CONTRACT BETWEEN DESTINY KENNELS AND PET OWNER
Destiny Kennels agrees to exercise proper caution, care and protection of the pet while they are boarded at the kennel. Destiny Kennels must maintain proper sanitary conditions as well as maintain proper enclosures in the interior and exterior cages.
The animal is to be fed properly and according to the agreed schedule and to be provided a housed, protected and clean enclosure.

The pet owner further agrees that the pet shall not leave Destiny Kennels until all charges are paid by the pet owner.
If the animal is not picked up within two weeks after the scheduled departure date, Destiny Kennels will have the right to sell or bring the animal to the animal shelter.
